Whether you cook a turkey once a year or you go a little crazy like me and buy a few more turkeys than you care to admit one thing in true. Cooking a whole turkey usually results in lots of Leftovers!

I’m starting a series with a pretty straightforward title… What to do with all those leftovers??

This year I am so pumped to have a spare freezer to toss some extra turkeys in. 

Since I don’t want my family to get bored with the same meal on repeat some creativity with leftovers will be needed!
