Sheet pan burgers. Not going to lie this meal came about our of desperation.
My husband travels for work and we have 5 kids. At this point I can easily cook with 4 out of the 5 …. but that 5th one…. no way.
He’s 2 and busy is an understatement.
It was dinner time. I had burgers that I didn’t use over the weekend and had just spent too much at the store…. ooops.
I looked at my sheet pan…. and decided let’s try.
My husband usually grills burgers…I usually make in a skillet but with my toddler being a little extra I didn’t want to attempt.
Here is how I made them:
Set oven to 350.
Line sheet pan with Parchment paper.
Add burgers. Season to your liking. I added my family’s favorite which is salt, pepper and garlic.

I cooked for about 20 25 minutes for well done burgers.

When they were done I added cheese and put back in the oven for a couple minutes to melt.
I served with some cheddar cheese buns I found at Aldi.
