Day 5 Sugar Reduction

252….. I can’t remember…. I think 252

Slow and steady….. right?

Weekends Can be a little harder. For one there are 5 kids at home….. I adore my kids but there’s a few added variables. Different food preferences, fighting… chaos….wonderful crazy chaos.

Today my oldest made plans to go see friends which I’m excited about. I won’t go into it too much but I spend a lot of time worrying about them. We were originally going to take a ride up to the zoo in the city but we live very close to a smaller ( and incredibly cool) zoo full of Alligators. I love our membership. We randomly pop over for a couple hours or so all the time.

We dropped off our kiddo then took the rest of the crew over to the zoo. I bought cups that give you free drinks every time you go. I didn’t want a diet soda so I opted for vitamin water….and after the fact realized it has a little sugarm.m but I only sipped on a little.

This is now the beginning of the day that I derailed .

We hit Starbucks again…. and it was glorious.

That was going to be it. That was my mess up.

Until my neighbors dropped off homemade red velvet cupcakes…. I ate one….and instantly realized that some foods are triggers…before bed I had a second …

Oh well… there’s always tomorrow
